Get to Know Us - healthy snacks for everyone

KILISH was born from a love of snacking and a search for something better. We wanted a convenient, genuinely satisfying, high-protein snack made with real ingredients, without added sugars, preservatives, artificial colourings or synthetic protein.

But finding one that ticked all the boxes wasn't easy. Jerky had the protein, but we wanted the satisfying mouthfeel and texture of real beef. We wanted something more substantial, more interesting and full of flavour.

So we asked ourselves: why not combine two naturally protein-rich foods? Premium beef and nuts.

We brought them together with bold spices to create a unique nut-coated, spiced dried beef snack that delivers the flavour, texture and satisfying bite we'd been looking for.

The idea draws inspiration from kilishi, a spiced dried meat associated with the Hausa culinary tradition. We took inspiration from its distinctive combination of meat and seasoning and set out to create our own contemporary take, bringing together premium beef, nuts and bold flavours.

Our mission is simple: to make protein snacking more satisfying, more exciting and a lot less boring.
