KILISH is our own modern take on the coated-beef idea: we bring beef and seasoned nuts together, dry them then finish on the grill. That means you get the flavour of spiced beef with the added texture and bite of nuts—not just a strip of seasoned dried meat.

KILISH started with a simple idea: we love snacking, but wanted a more satisfying, protein-packed option made with real ingredients. Inspired by the spiced dried meat tradition of kilishi, we developed our own contemporary take, combining premium beef with nuts and bold flavours.

KILISH is made with beef and nuts, both sources of protein. The protein content varies by flavour and serving size, so check the nutritional information on each pack to find the amount per serving.

Our range includes four flavours:

• Original Peanut — Mild: bold, savoury flavour without the intense heat.
• Original Peanut — Super Hot: a fiery option for those who like their snacks with a serious kick.
• Cashew with Kashmiri Chilli: rich, nutty flavour with warming chilli.
• Almond with Black Pepper: aromatic, peppery and full of character.
