These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from our online shop.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

We may update the website, product information or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order will be the version in force when you place it, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration; packaging or presentation may vary slightly from images shown online.

Please read the product description and the information on the product packaging before consuming KILISH. Ingredients, allergen information, nutritional values and other product details will be provided as required by law and may be updated when recipes or packaging change.

Allergens: Our products contain nuts. 

Please check the product’s ingredient and allergen information before ordering or consuming it. If you have an allergy or dietary concern and need clarification, contact us before placing your order. Do not consume a product if you are unsure whether it is safe for you.

We reserve the right to correct product information errors and to update product descriptions, subject to your legal rights. If a material change affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you as appropriate.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be included in the displayed price. Delivery charges and any other additional costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

We use third-party payment providers to process transactions. Your payment details may be handled by those providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices.

If a clear pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch to explain the issue. If we cannot agree a corrected order with you, we will cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken for it.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After you submit your order, we may send an order acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

A contract is formed when we send you an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first. If we are unable to accept your order—for example, because a product is unavailable or there is an error with the order—we will let you know and refund any payment taken for the unaccepted order.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting it. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at [insert email address]. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or temporarily remove items from sale.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product. Where the rest of your order can still be fulfilled, we will explain your options.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and Internationally. Any delivery restrictions will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed before you place your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date or period with you.

We will deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct and that someone can receive the parcel where required.

If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@kilish.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and work with the delivery provider where necessary.

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being placed. Your statutory rights relating to delivery are not affected by this section.  

Please follow the storage instructions, use-by or best-before information, and any other directions printed on the product packaging.

Do not consume a product if its packaging is damaged, tampered with, or otherwise appears unsafe. Contact us if you have concerns about the condition of a product you receive.

You are responsible for storing and handling products in accordance with the instructions on the packaging after delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration or damage caused by storage or handling contrary to those instructions, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Because KILISH is a food product, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, a mistaken flavour choice or simply no longer wanting the product, except where a legal cancellation right applies.

Your legal rights still apply. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another remedy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits those rights. 

For online orders, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Certain exceptions can apply to food and sealed goods, depending on the product and circumstances. We will honour any cancellation rights that apply to your order. If you wish to cancel, contact us promptly.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number, details of the issue and, where helpful, photographs of the product and packaging. Please keep the product and packaging until we have responded, unless you believe the product may be unsafe—in that case, stop consuming it and tell us promptly.

Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with the law and, where possible, return it to the original payment method.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including an expiry date, minimum spend, eligible products or limits on use. Any applicable conditions will be displayed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively to completed orders or combined with other offers. We may withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law, but this will not affect an order already accepted.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge, does not infringe another person’s rights and is not unlawful or abusive.

You grant us permission to display and use the content for KILISH-related purposes, such as on our website or social media, unless you tell us otherwise or the law requires a different approach. We will not present a review as genuine customer feedback if it is not.

We may moderate or remove content that we reasonably consider unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to our products.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website—including the KILISH name and logo, text, graphics, photographs and design—is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms & Conditions or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law says otherwise.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects our ability to fulfil an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

If the event means we cannot fulfil your order, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply. This section does not remove any rights you may have under consumer law.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the country where you live require otherwise.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction, as provided by applicable law.
